Cell phone users push no-call list numbers up (NBC26 Green Bay)
MADISON, Wis. (AP) - More than 1.6 million phone numbers are now registered for Wisconsin's do-not-call telemarketing list. A year ago, the list had 1.1 million numbers, but the state expanded the list to include cell phone users last June.
