1 Star Sony Ericsson HPM-75 Stereo Headset
I bought this headset to replace my Blackberry?Pearl headset in the hope of getting more durability and better sound. Unfortunately what they don’t tell you is that the 3.5 mm plug that’s advertised is only for the headphones ! It plugs into the mic which has a standard (non-compatible) jack for the Sony?phone. Very disappointing that the description didn’t make this clear. Of course there were no photos or images of the phone jack in the product description.

4 Stars it’s ok
I think the sony ericsson hpm-75 is ok. It comes with 3 different sized ear buds, which is great. But the medium one fits me most and it still slides out every once in a while, especially if I’m walking. Other than that, it’s a pretty good product. You can clip it to your shirt and there’s a call answer button by the mic. I use it mainly to listen to music on my sony ericsson s500i and it has great sound quality.

5 Stars Very satisfied
I am really enjoying my purchase because,it lets me be hands free.It is clear but, with a little static if I move around too much, otherwise it’s great.I also like the fact that it keeps a charge for a good amount of time. Lil

5 Stars Great Headset
This is a great headset. The sound quality is outstanding. Extremely good battery life. Because the boom mike works as the on/off switch you don’t have to worry about forgetting to turn it off. I’ve had other bluetooth headsets and the people that I called were constantly saying “What?” “I can’t understand you.” and “You must be outside because I can hear the wind.” Since I’ve started using the H710 I have had not one single time had a caller say anything negative about the sound quality. I even had one say “I guess you quit using headsets because I can hear you better now.”

I really agonized over whether or not I should spend two or three times as much for a different higher priced headset. Thankfully I did not. For the money this is a GREAT bluetooth headset!

4 Stars A good bluetooth
I have owned 3 different bluetooth devices. This is the best one yet. It is very light on my ear and I love how you can fold the mic in to shut off the unit. The battery life is extremely long as well as the ability to check the life left in the battery helps with scheduling when I need to charge the unit. The sound quality is also great! The drawback is that when you walk too far from the phone the unit disconnects from the phone, but it still seems that the unit is connected. It often doesn’t reconnect to the phone automatically like other bluetooth devices that I have had. I have to shut it down and restart it to connect. Also I have had about 5 instances in one month where I will make a call and can hear the person on the other end of the phone, but they can’t hear me. Every time when I call back everything works fine. It seems like a minor quirk since I make hundreds of calls per month. I would recommend this product.

5 Stars Excellant bluetooth headset
After looking at reviews of nearly a dozen headsets, and considering all the pros and cons! I decided on the Motorola H710 bluetooth headset! Glad I did! Sound quality is great, fits over the ear, not in it! All calls are as clear as using my cell phone by itself! Can’t tell the difference. No one has complained when I use it. Everyone says, I sound pretty good on it. I was very skeptical about getting a bluetooth headset. I know at least 6 people that use them on a regular basis. All of them but one, has complaints about them. The only one that doesn’t complain about it, is the one that owns a Motorola (H700)! His model is the old one that the H710 replaced. Plus Motorola has made several improvements on the H710, so I thought the H710 was a no-brainer! I was right, linked up to my Chocolate 3 in seconds. Charged very quickly! Charge last a long time. I like the flip open boom mic! Plus this has to be one of the coolest looking headsets on the market! Some other brands are pretty sad looking! Buy one, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

4 Stars sounds Great Easy to Use
This product is easy to use , has a long battery life, and you can hear

just fine in any enviroment

Headphones for music phones – CNET Reviews

If you own a cell phone with a music player built in, the best way to take advantage of both capabilities is with a stereo headset. That is, a pair of headphones with an integrated mic and call-answer button.

Olympus TP 7 Telephone Recording Device

Ever need to record an important telephone conversation? The TP-7, telephone pickup, makes phone recording two sides of the conversation. Just plug the TP-7 jack into the “MIC” jack of your recorder, and put the earphone side into your ear. When speaking on the telephone, the TP-7 will capture both sides of the conversation for recording by your voice recorder.Includes adapter to convert from monaural 3.5mm mini-plug to stereo 3.5mm mini-plug. Also includes monaural 3.5mm mini-plug to monaural 2.5mm mini-plug adapter.

5 Stars Ear-bud Phone recorder is a great innovation
We are using an Olympus WAS-331M Digital Voice Recorder for interviews for an academic research project, and found that some interviews needed to be done by phone. At first I was surprised that Olympus’ telephone recording device was an ear-bud instead of attaching to the phone cord. Then I realized what an improvement it was – you can use it on a cordless phone, a cell phone, or a call over a computer through the internet! The sound quality is great – or as good as your phone connection, anyway.

Two notes: (1) It comes with two adapter jacks, but the instructions are minimal to figure out which to use. (2) Make sure to plug the jack into the recorder’s “mic” plug, not the “ear” plug. It will still record if plugged into the wrong jack, but the sound quality will be terrible.

4 Stars Wonderful device
I am very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend Item being reviewed the Olympus TP-7 Telephone Recording.

3 Stars Good not great
This microphone seems well made, despite being inexpensive, and the sound quality is good. But there are disadvantages. First, you have to wear it in your ear as you talk. That’s awkward for me. I can feel it between the phone and my ear and it gets in the way, sonically — you don’t hear as well with it in. Worse, it records my voice much more loudly than the person at the other end of the line.

So, yes, it works, and yes, I can get used to it, but it’s not an ideal solution.

5 Stars Effective
This inexpensive microhone goes in your ear and allows you to record phone conversations over any kind of phone (including cellphones, home phones or payphones) without any adapter. It feels like any earbud for an MP-3 player and does not degrade the sound quality of the conversation. I pair it with my Olympus VN-3100PC and the recording clarity and quality are excellent.

5 Stars Great product
Great price,Clear recordings. ear piece stays in place. I am pleased and have purchased three of these. Amazon has the best price of anyone.
